🔒 Cloudflare Access is not configured yet

This dashboard refuses to show team data until it sits behind Cloudflare Access:

1. Cloudflare dashboard → Zero Trust → pick a team name (free ≤50 users).
2. Access → Applications → Add an application → Self-hosted.
3. Application domain: team-brain-dashboard.pages.dev (add *.team-brain-dashboard.pages.dev too).
4. Policy → Allow → Include → Emails: the TBS roster + Josh + Jenny. Login method: one-time PIN.
5. Copy the application's AUD tag and your team domain, set them as ACCESS_AUD / ACCESS_TEAM_DOMAIN in dashboard/wrangler.jsonc, redeploy.
